In a workshop you will have the opportunity to exchange ideas with like-minded people who are also working on their health, want to develop or simply want to learn new things. Attending a workshop is a great option to take the time to deal with yourself.
Prevention is better than intervention.
The workshops are particularly preventive and encourage you to deal with certain topics in order to work proactively on your (mental) health. Therefore, those who are purely interested are also very welcome to take part in the workshops. It is not a requirement to currently experience difficulties in these areas.
Due to my further education in the area of stress & burnout management, the content focus is mainly in this area. I offer both smaller introductory or express workshops and, in the near future, an 8-week course, which can be largely financed by the health insurance companies. In my offer you will find further workshops that represent an easy opportunity to deal with relevant topics for you and to support your personal development.

This workshop was developed in cooperation with the online magazine Firstlife and their project "Youth for Sustainability". The point is to look at the issue of sustainability from a different perspective - the psychological one.

Those and other questions will be answered during the 2 hours of workshop. The workshop is designed to be interactive and you can bring in your own experiences and ideas at any time. Small practical exercises and specific tips will offer you incentives to develop, implement and achieve your environmentally conscious goals.
The workshop takes place once for approx. 2 hours with a maximum of 15 people.

SOON / Stress? Burnout? What's behind it?
Why should I bother with this?
This 1.5 hour workshop offers a first glimpse into the world of stress & burnout. The main aim is to raise awareness of the issue of stress.
During this workshop you will have the time to deal with your personal stress experiences. The workshop stimulates the first step towards self-development - self-reflection. The aim is to implement a stress-related mindfulness into your everyday life.
Afterwards you will have the possibility to book a more in-depth workshop to learn specific stress management strategies. Also you could book an individual 1-to-1 consultation.
The workshop takes place once online for 1.5 hours with a maximum of 20 people.

SOON / Anti-stress-express
The "Anti-Stress-Express" is perfect for those who want to learn the most important things about stress and stress management in a short period of time. After a theoretical introduction to the topic and the importance of self-reflection, specific techniques from the instrumental, mental and regenerative stress management are presented. It is about organizing and structuring tasks and external requirements, our personal stress-increasing thoughts as well as the topics of breaks, relaxation and recovery.
You will leave this "express workshop" with an improved stress-related awareness and specific strategies on how to deal with stressful situations. If you are interested, you are more than welcome to afterwards take part in the 8-week stress management course, which will deal with all the topics in more depth and accompanies you over a longer period of time.
The workshop takes place once for 3 hours with up to 15 people. Alternatively a format of 4 x 45 minutes will also be offered.

SOON / 8-week workshop on stress management

Based on the guidelines of the Central Testing Center for Prevention (ZZP) in Germany, this workshop deals in more depth with the topic of stress management. At first, the background knowledge about stress will be conveyed and the self-reflection of one's own stress experience will be stimulated. The following classes will deal with specific tools for stress management at different levels and in different areas. Those tools can be implemented both privately and in a professional context.
The aim of the course is to provide helpful strategies to implement them in your everyday life in various situations in the long term. You will learn strategies for dealing with stress-inducing situations as well as how our thoughts can contribute to our stress experiences. In addition, regenerative strategies will be taught to ensure recovery from stressful periods. In this context, relaxation methods will be picked out.
Being accompanied over a longer period of time gives you the opportunity to try out different strategies in your everyday life, exchange experiences with the other participants and thus increase your personal stress competence.
The course takes place over a period of 8 weeks once a week for 1.5 hours with 8-15 people.
