Who am I? What do I want? And above that - why?
In cooperation with the L&M Consulting Group , I am offering potential analyses in connection with a two to three hour personal evaluation.
The instruments name is AECdisc, which is an internationally recognized and extensively validated instrument for diagnosing strengths and potentials.
One goal of this analysis is to help you getting to know your strengths and potentials better and to find out how you can apply and use them in your profession.

In addition, the analysis offers great potential for personal development, also in the private context as we tend to not being exactly aware of our strengths and potentials.
Developing this awareness can help us to understand ourselves better and, as a result, accept and appreciate.
This goes hand in hand with more balance and well-being. A potential analysis can therefore even be useful without an obvious "problem".
